What are Sola Wood Flowers made of?
Our flowers are handcrafted from the root of the marshmallow plant (Aeschynomene aspera), a sustainable and renewable wood source. They are soft to the touch and mimic the look of real flowers.
Can I dye or scent my flowers?
Yes! Sola wood flowers are naturally cream/ivory and are highly absorbent. You can easily dye them using acrylic paint mixed with water or sola softener, and add any floral fragrance oil to give them a realistic scent.
How long do these flowers last?
Unlike fresh flowers, sola wood flowers never wilt. With proper care—keeping them out of direct sunlight and high-humidity areas—they can last a lifetime as a beautiful home keepsake.
What is your shipping policy?
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your arrangement. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-dyed or personalized items are final sale.
Are the flowers fragile?
While they are made of wood, the petals are thin and delicate. They are flexible but should be handled with care to avoid chipping. If petals get squashed during shipping, they can often be reshaped by lightly misting them with water.
